cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less then 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. If you need to reschedule a Tuesday appointment and it is after 5pm on Saturday please send us an email to reschedule or cancel as this will be the only appropriate way to make changes to your appointment without a cancellation fee.

No Call / No Shows

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. No refunds will be given and no exceptions made.

Cell Phones & devices

We ask all guests please keep your cell phones on silent or to bring headphones. We want to ensure all guests while at their appointments have a relaxing, undisturbed experience.

Tardiness

We have a 15 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text or call us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled.

Credit Card Required

A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to CANCEL an appointment. In the case that 24 hours notice is not given for a cancellation/rescheduling, We reserve the right to and will charge the credit card on file.

no refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions. Should you need an adjustment to your hair after your appointment you have up to 7 days to let us know. The adjustment appointment must be with the same stylist.

gratuity

We except Cash, Cashapp, & Venmo as forms of gratuity.
